I don’t normally do this, but I had to say something about this amazing company, www.bikeflights.com, and William (Bill) Alcorn. Not only was it insanely cheap to send my bike from Florida to Denver but their customer service is second to none. 

FedEx was reporting my bike as being delivered two days after the quote I was given. Not a huge deal for me, as I understand how complicated shipping things can get. Expect the worse hope for the best type of deal. I sent a quick email over to Bill to see if he had any information for me. I got a response in almost 5 minutes, and it’s 9:30 PM where he is located. He explained the situation very well and made me feel very secure with my decision to use his company. I might not get the bike the day I wanted, but with how my questions were addressed I don’t really mind.
